Capacity & lead times

In order to achieve minimal lead times there must always be machinery available, it is our policy to have at least one machine stopped at all times even during peak periods, not only does this allow for maintenance on all machines during down time but it also helps us avoid poorly timed breakdowns and provides us with excess capacity, this is the key feature of our business it enables us to out perform out competitors lead times and also means our capacity is above our demand at all times.

Most of the work we undertake is running on a machine within two days of materials arriving but usually the same day, orders of 100,000 or less usually leave the same week, our record for turn round including plates printing and manufacture was one week, however we would never be able to guarantee this.
