The Sachet Company

Quality

All sachets are digitally check weighed to an accuracy of 1 tenth of a gram as they are produced, however tolerances can be set to suit the customers requirement with under/over tolerance sachets being rejected automatically, at the end of the run we are able to produce a full print out which would include the mean, average and even the individual weight of every single sachet run on the order. Every sachet is batch coded with the required information of up to five lines of text anywhere on the sachet. our internal quality system means that no machine can be run without a signed off job sheet which involves a second checklist and includes:- a leak test, batch code check, square cut check, good nick check, image alignment, and finally the overall important factor of how the sachet looks, even on the thinnest of materials we strive to have no creases in our sachets and for borders to be even all the way round even if this costs a lot of downtime, further more these checks are carried out continually through the order, all to often manufacturers carry British quality symbols and accredited systems but produce tatty looking sachets which appear to be produced in haste and with little regard to how the end result looks. A good proportion of our present customers have come to us as they are unhappy with their previous supplier.

Occasionally we will have a new and nervous customer concerned about how their product is going to look after previous disappointing experiences, in these cases we run a small batch of samples and hold production until we have approval.
